By using this site and the services provided by Nisites you
are agreeing to the following terms and conditions of business.
- PAYMENTS
Nisites expects all outstanding accounts to be settled on receipt
of invoice, and no later than 5 working days from receipt of
invoice. As we offer one of the most competitive web design and
hosting services in the UK and Ireland we are unable to offer credit
accounts without affecting the low prices our clients pay.
Any payment returned by a bank or credit card company will incur
a £100 administration fee, this fee will be added to the total
outstanding account.
- PRICES
Nisites reserves the right to alter prices at anytime. Should
prices be altered once work has been commissioned the client will
not be subject to an increase.
- CONTENT OF WEBSITES DESIGNED, HOSTED AND MANAGED BY NISITES
Nisites and its owners accept no responsibility for the content
of any website designed, hosted or managed by us, in whole or part.
Any such content is the responsibility of the respective owner. Any
complaints regarding the content of such websites should be directed
to the website owner, details of which can be supplied on request.
Nisites and its owners accept no liability for any loss,
financial or otherwise relating to any of the websites we have
designed for our clients.
- WEBSITES UNDER CONSTRUCTION
Once you website is under construction you may be given an
estimated time that the site should be completed by, if you have
been given a time this in no way constitutes as a guarantee and
serves purely as a estimate. We endeavour to complete all
commissioned work in as timely a fashion as possible, however due to
the nature of the work required in building websites there may be a
slight delay, this is however a rare occurrence.
- SEARCH ENGINE SUBMISSION
All websites created by Nisites are submitted to all the major
search engines free of charge once the site is made live onto the
internet. We ensure that all sites we build use a good mix of
keywords and key phrases to make it "search engine friendly". Nisites
however cannot guarantee in anyway a placement on the listings of
any search engine website, as we have no control whatsoever in how
any of the search engines choose to list sites. Nisites cannot be
held liable for any loss due to the placement of your website on any
of the search engine websites.
- DOMAIN NAMES
Any domain registered by Nisites on behalf of a customer remains
the property of Nisites until paid for in full. This also applies to
the annual renewal of the domain name so unless the annual domain
name renewal has been paid it is the property of Nisites. Whilst
domains are the property of Nisites we reserve the right to publish
any material we see fit under the domain name until the outstanding
cost of the domain and associated work and services has been
settled. Nisites also reserve the right to not renew a existing
domain if the renewal fee has not been paid in full.
- TRANSFER OF SERVICES TO ALTERNATIVE
PROVIDER
You are of course free to transfer your domain and website to an
alternative service provider at any time. Before the transfer
can be carried out any outstanding accounts must be settled in full.
There is a £50 transfer fee which covers administration costs in
facilitating the transfer. This fee must also be paid in full
before the transfer process will be started. Please allow up to 14
working days for the transfer process to be completed however this
could take longer depending on the alternative provider.
- LOST SHEEP POLICY
At Nisites we operate what is referred to as the lost sheep
policy which applies to clients that have approached us and
commissioned work but who we have not heard from in some time. If
after a period of four working weeks pass and we have not heard from
a client we will cease all attempts at communication and delete from
our systems and servers any work that we have carried out and any
files that have been received from the client. If at some stage in
the future the client wishes to proceed with the originally
commissioned work a fee of £100 must be paid to cover administration
and file recovery costs.
